At HCKNY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your item in accordance with UK consumer law.

 



1. Your Right to Cancel



You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.


Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


 


2. Eligibility for Returns



To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging



We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


 


3. Non-Returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned:


  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale


 


4. How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.


We will provide return instructions.


 

5. Return Shipping



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable solution.



 

6. Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

 


7. Exchanges



If you require a different size, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
